Pemberton Films was established in 2007 as a specialist production company dedicated to creating quality science television and interactive projects. Based in Melbourne Australia, the company is led by award-winning writer, director and executive producer Sonya Pemberton.
Sonya has written and directed over 50 hours of television documentary. A three-time winner of the Eureka Prize for Science Journalism, she is the recipient of over 30 film, television and literary awards. Sonya was previously Head of Specialist Factual at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC).
